You should carefully read the following terms and conditions before using this software.

Unless you have a different license agreement signed by SchnaX Software, your use of this software indicates your acceptance of this license agreement and warranty.

Limited Nonexclusive License

This software is copyrighted by SchnaX Software.

This software and accompanying documentation are protected by german copyright law and also by international treaty provisions.

SchnaX Software warrants you a limited nonexclusive license to use this software.

Trial Version

This is not free software. Subject to the terms below, you are hereby licensed to use this software for evaluation purposes without charge for a period of 5 days.

If you use this software after the 5 day evaluation period a registration is required.

Distribution of Trial Version

The UNREGISTERED SOFTWARE may be freely copied and distributed to other users for their evaluation.

You are hereby licensed to make as many copies of the trial version of this software and documentation as you wish, give exact copies of the original trial version to anyone, and distribute the evaluation version of the software and documentation in its unmodified form via electronic means.

There is no charge for any of the above. You are specifically prohibited from charging, or requesting donations, for any such copies, however made; and from distributing the software and/or documentation with other products (commercial or otherwise) without prior written permission.

Registered Version

One registered copy of WallpaperCam may be used by a single person who uses the software personally on

SchnaX software is doing its best to provide access to quality content via this service or software. We are trying to constantly update and extend the list of available webcams accessible via Wallpaper Cam. However, the links to internet content and the list of webcams are not the basis of the software purchase. The purchase price of the software is to be paid for the software Wallpaper Cam, which provides functionality for converting webcam images to desktop wallpapers only. There is no guarantee for specific content provided nor a specific size of the webcam list, nor can there be a guarantee for access to specific webcam content. Any link or list entry may be deleted from the database at any time without notice at the sole dicretion of SchnaX Software or content providers.

We do not provide content ourselves. In general, we believe that people/companies who make information available on the internet expect that it will be publicly available and indexed for distribution. If you don't want your webcam indexed and advertized by Wallpaper Cam, please send an email to support@schnax.com in order to discuss further possibilities or request removal - we will remove the links to your site within 3 business days.

YOU ALSO AGREE THAT THE ABOVE IS THE COMPLETE AND EXCLUSIVE STATEMENT OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE PARTIES AND SUPERSEDE ALL PROPOSALS OR PRIOR AGREEMENTS, ORAL OR WRITTEN, AND ANY OTHER COMMUNICATIONS BETWEEN THE PARTIES RELATING TO THE SUBJECT MATTER OF THE LIMITED WARRANTY AND LIABILITY.

BASIS OF BARGAIN

The Limited Warranty and Limited Liability set forth above are a fundamental element of the basis of the agreement between SchnaX Software and you. We would not be able to provide this software on an economic basis without such limitations.

GOVERNING LAW AND SEVERABILITY

This agreement will be governed by and construed according to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. The parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Germany. This agreement is deemed to have been made in Germany.

If any provision of this agreement is held invalid, unenforceable or illegal for any reason, this agreement shall remain otherwise in full force apart from such provision or part provision, which shall be deemed, deleted.
